MUT-SOE Conference 2025: Conference Registration

Welcome! We are delighted to invite you to the Mangosuthu University of Technology’s School of Education (MUT-SOE) Conference, taking place from 18 to 20 November 2025.

This premier event brings together leading academics, researchers, scholars, and students to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of education.

Please complete your registration by selecting the options that apply to you from the menus below. The final price will be calculated automatically based on your selections.

How to Register:

1. Select Your Attendee Type: Choose the category that best describes your role at the conference (e.g., Presenter, Student, or Non-Presenter).
2. Select Your Attendance Mode: Specify whether you will be attending the conference physically or joining us online.
3. Select Your Registration Period: The price will adjust based on whether you are registering during the “Early Registration” or “Late Registration” period.

Once you have made your selections, click “Add to basket” and proceed to checkout to finalize your registration and payment.

Key Dates to Remember:

• Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 July 2025
• Notification of Abstracts: 31 August 2025
• Submission of Full Paper: 30 September 2025
• Registration Deadline: 15 September 2025
• Conference Dates: 18–20 November 2025

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the reduced Early Registration fees by completing your registration and payment before the deadline.

Registration Categories Explained:

• Presenter (Non-Student): For academics, researchers, and professionals who will be presenting a paper and are not currently enrolled as students.
• Author (Student): For currently enrolled undergraduate or postgraduate students who are presenting a paper.
• Non-Presenter: For attendees who wish to participate in the conference without presenting a paper.
• Online Day Participant: For attendees who will join the conference virtually.
